Multiple users can fill out and submit the same form at the same time without issues, but there are some considerations regarding submission limits:

• Per IP Address Limit: Jotform has a submission limit of 60 submissions per minute per IP address. Exceeding this limit may trigger the spam detection system, potentially flagging submissions as spam.
• Account Plan Limits: Each subscription plan has its own monthly submission limits. For instance, the Free plan allows up to 100 submissions per month. If you anticipate high submission volumes, you might consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan or exploring Jotform Enterprise for unlimited submissions. Regarding account access, standard Jotform plans are designed for single users, allowing only one active login session at a time. If multiple team members need to access the account concurrently, Jotform Enterprise offers multi-user support with enhanced administrative controls.

Now, coming back to your question, our standard plans Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold are individual, single-user plans. If you need to collaborate with others, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to allow other users to edit your form. Let me show you how:

1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

The feature to add team members is only available for Jotform Enterprise.
