Feature Request: Ability to set a Meeting Location in the Google Calendar integration via Workflow

    I see where jotform will let you add a location in the calendar integration when creating the appointment in the form editor... but it wont give me the option when I edit within the Workflow Builder section.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Google Calendar integration? If yes, I see that when the integration is added directly to the Appointment field, an option to set up the Meeting Location is available. You can either create a Google Meet, select a field where the data comes from, or add a custom one. Here's a screenshot for reference:

    However, that option is not available on the integration in the Settings tab of the Form Builder as well as the integration in the Workflow. However, if your goal is to generate a Google Meet session when the form is submitted, you can select the Create Event with Google Meet integration type. Here's a screenshot of the integration that you can use in the Workflow:

    While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers.
