PDF: Attached PDF is different from PDF Editor

Hello The form Rental Property profile, every time the client fills it, when it comes to us, the PDF is very disorganized that is completely different from the original form formatting.

I must have done something, but not sure how to fix it. It makes reading the form very ieeficientl due to the filed are all over the place

Can you please help me to organize the PDF edition where you can reorganize the fields make sure it is a true reflection of my original form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. With Jotform's PDF Editor, you can easily change sizes and positions of form fields in the PDF files used for submissions. Any changes you make will be applied directly to the downloadable files. Let me show you how:

To change field sizes:

1. In PDF Editor, click on the field that you want to align.
2. Left-click on the Resize icon, and while holding it, drag the field to resize it.

To change field positions:

1. While in PDF Editor, select the field that you want to move.
2. Left-click on the field and drag it to the place you want.
