Jotform AI Agent can collect payments. You can connect payment forms, or forms set up with one of our 40+ Payment Processors, to your AI Agents in a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

2. In the menu on the left, click on Forms.

3. Then, click on Add New Form at the top of the Forms section.

4. In the Dropdown menu, select your Payment Form. Or use the Search bar at the top of the menu to find a specific one easily. Note that payment forms display a Dollar Sign icon on the right side of the form name, making them easy to identify.

5. Finally, click on Add.

Now, your AI agent can help users who want to make a purchase through your payment forms by taking their orders and completing any required details. Check out the screenshot below to see how it'll look:

Then, once only the payment step remains, your AI Agent will prompt users to review and submit the populated form. Like you see in the screenshot below:

But I'm from Nigeria.. we have 2 payment integration that are widely used
in Africa and outside Africa. These are flutterwave and Paystack..
Unfortunately these payments are not on jotform and that's why I'm asking
If API REQUEST is possible to integrate any of the 2 payment

For a more secured payment transaction, you can actually integrate your forms with Flutterwave and Paystack using Zapier. Take a look at the screenshot below to see some of the available action event you can integrate on Zapier:

Doing this, when you receive a new form submission, you can automate the payment process with Paystack and Flutterwave.

Ok... Is it possible that after the payment integration with zapier, can user get a payment feedback on WhatsApp via the WhatsApp agent?

Since Jotform's AI Agent is not yet integrated with Zapier, direct automation of payment feedback through the WhatsApp AI Agent via Zapier is currently not possible.

To achieve payment feedback on WhatsApp, you may need to explore alternative methods such as using WhatsApp Business API directly or other third-party automation tools that support WhatsApp messaging and can be triggered by payment events from Zapier.

We recommend keeping an eye on updates from Jotform regarding AI Agent integrations, as new features and integrations may be added in the future.
