    Hi Sanjay,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you mean you want to dynamically assign a URL to use as the Terms link in the Terms and Conditions widget using URL parameters, unfortunately, that’s not possible.

However, you can try embedding the form using its source code, then add your custom scripts to change the Terms link based on URL parameters. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, select Source Code as the embed option to use, and click on Copy Code.
    4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and add your custom scripts.

We may not be able to help with the custom code or script to use, but you're welcome to work with a third party who may be able to help you. You can check out our Jotform Solutions Partner Directory or Fiverr Jotform Partnership page for a list of consultants who've asked to be included.

Keep in mind, though, that these parties operate independently of Jotform, so we assume no responsibility or liability for their work or their actions.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
