    Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your question about modifying the text in a Heading field in Jotform, here’s how you can customize the font, formatting, and indentation:

Jotform's Heading fields have limited direct formatting options, but you can achieve more control by using the Paragraph field instead, which allows rich text editing including font selection, indentation, and other formatting features. Here’s how to customize the text using the Paragraph field:

    1. Add a Paragraph field to your form from the Basic Elements tab in the Form Builder.
    2. Click on the Paragraph field to open the rich text editor toolbar. How to edit the text formatting? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Use the toolbar to:
    • Select font style and size.
    • Apply bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough.
    • Change text color and background highlight.
    • Align text (left, center, right, justify).
    • Indent or outdent text to create indents.
    • Create bullet or numbered lists.
    • Insert tables, links, images, or code blocks. How to edit the text formatting? Image 2 Screenshot 41

For simple Heading fields, direct indentation and font changes are not available, so the Paragraph field is the best alternative for detailed text formatting.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
