The issue is a little more complicated than that because we also have a checkout for people paying by check in the mail

    Hi Wayne,

I've reviewed your form and confirmed that the customer has the option to pay via PayPal or Check, and it appears that the setup is already in place. I noticed that the condition contains multiple missing fields, which could potentially cause errors in the payment process. Take a look at the screenshot below:

We can't have the form mandate/assume method or platform for payment. Our buyers should be able to select from the three options, not have it premeditated based on whether they have a paypal or venmo account. In my case it pre-selected venmo - why? I also have PayPal and I have regular cc. Why can't the buyer make their own decision instead of having it made FOR them?

    Hi Wayne,

The payment options your users see will depend on the payment gateway you’ve added to your form. For example, if you’ve integrated PayPal, they’ll get the option to pay with PayPal. The same applies if you use other gateways like Stripe, Square, and more.

I checked your form and saw that you're now using PayPal integration. However, it appears you've posted an issue you're having with the integration in the original thread. To prevent confusions, we'll use that one instead. One of my colleagues is handling that one already and you can check the reply here.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
