    I ran over the download limit and now I deleted files. I am under the limit now.

    Please reinstate my account ASAP.

    Hi Nate,

    Thanks for the update. Since you are now under the download limit, please try clearing your form cache to resolve the issue. You can do this by going to your account Avatar on the upper right, selecting Settings, and clicking the Clear Cache button.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
