I am trying to create a form using the producty list element more than 1 time. the AI indicated it is possible but, that I need to remove payment method. I don't have payments integrated nor find an option to turn payments off. AI indicated I should contact Jotform support as the element shows in use and is not available to drag and drop a second time.

Hi rfreeman1966,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's not possible to add multiple Product List field in your form. You're only allowed to add one. If you'll be listing different categories of an outwear, I suggest enabling categories. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Push Cart icon of the Product List field.
- Click on Settings at the top.
- Toggle Enable Categories to turn it On.
- Enter your preferred name of category under the Show Category Tiles, and click on the Add button.
- Click on the Add icon and select the products that belong to each category.
Here's the result:
If this is not what you want to happen, can you tell us more about it?After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

I was wanting to use more than 1 so, I can hide item combinations that are not available.
Example an employee can order 1 outerwear item and 1 shirt or 2 shirts. I didn't see a way to set the product list element to let me control that. I want to show the item options as they appear on the form currently.

Hi rfreeman1966,
If you want to select two different shirts within a single product, you can enable the Create Sub Products from Options feature in your product settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Product field to open the Product List settings.
- Hover your mouse over to the Products and click on the Pen icon.
- Go to the Options tab, click on the +Add button in the Add a Product Option feature.
- Then enter a Label, toggle on the Create Sub Products from Options feature and add the Options in the Populate Options from Presets.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I dont' think that will work. the employee cannot pick 2 outerwear items. Is there another widget that will allow me to group the information with the picture like this element does?

Hi rfreeman1966,
As mentioned, Jotform does not allow adding more than one Product List field per form. However, to achieve your goal of grouping items with pictures and controlling selections (such as allowing only one outerwear item but multiple shirts), you can consider using some of Jotform's widgets designed for inventory and quantity control.
Here are some widget options that might help:
- Inventory Widget: Allows you to set available quantity per item and lets users select quantities with dropdown or number input. You can add product images and descriptions.
- Ticket Purchases Widget: Lets you list items with min and max selection limits, controlling how many items a user can select.
- Gift Registry Widget: Similar to Ticket Purchases but focuses on max selection limits.
- Quantity Gift Registry Widget: Allows customers to select multiple quantities of each item without min/max selection limits.
These widgets let you list items with pictures and descriptions and control how many items can be selected or ordered. While they are not exactly the same as the Product List element, they offer flexibility in grouping and quantity restrictions. This approach should help you manage item combinations and availability more precisely while still showing images and grouping items.
Give these widget options a try and see if they fit your needs for grouping and quantity control.
