i need help setting up the conditional shipping charge in my current jotform. i have followed the AI steps but am still having issues

Hi Krystal,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your Inspired Aesthetics Skincare form, and it appears that you have a condition to insert a value to the Address field and to one of the Single Choice fields. Check out my screenshot below:
Note that it's not possible to pass or insert a value to the Address and Single Choice field. If you want to pass a value to a certain field, I suggest passing it to a Short Text field. Let me show you how to do this:- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- From the Basic tab, select Short Text.
Let's now set up an Update/Calculate Field condition:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window.
- Select Update/Calculate Field.
- Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page.
Here's the result:
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

I am trying to add a condition "if pick up is selected, then the shipping fee does not charge" When I have followd the instructions it tells me to do something to the payment field, however I am not finding what they are referring to.

Hi Krystal,
Unfortunately, the screenshot you've shared didn't fully go through on our end. Can you try sending it again? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

However, I am not sure what to put in the summary option as the suggestion that was made earlier did not work. Am I able to talk to someone over the phone regarding this situation. Currently I just have a promo code set up so the customer avoids shipping charge if they're doing pick up, but I would like to change that.

As for your question, unfortunately, the shipping fee can only be removed by a creating a coupon code since the shipping option of the payment field is enabled, a shipping fee will be added on the total amount based on the charge basis you've set.
