Unable to edit entry of long answer using Smartphone

    Hello, how are you?

    I've been facing a BUG when i try to edit entry of long answer by smarphone/app.

    When I get on the question that has long answer, the question and answer does not shows up, so I cant edit. I'm sending a print of this.

    Sometimes it happens with short answer too.

    On computer it does not happen, a can edit sucessfully. But the most of times my main acess is by smartphone, so this bug has been causing problems.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems you're encountering a bug in Jotform's mobile app when attempting to edit long-answer fields. Since this issue does not occur on a computer, it is likely related to mobile rendering or app functionality.

    For us to further investigate the issue, could you confirm if you're editing the submission directly to your Jotform Inbox using the Jotform App so we can replicate it?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Yes, from my submissions/inbox using jotform app.

    Hi marllon,

    I tested the issue on the Jotform App and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
