Hi Chantel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To help with this, I’ll need the email address you're trying to switch to. If you’ve already deleted the old account associated with that email, it may still be in our system temporarily. Could you share the work email you want to use, so I can check its current status?
In general, if you're trying to update your account email to one that was previously associated with another Jotform account, here's what you can do:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on your Profile name.
2. On your Profile page, scroll down to the Email section, and then click on Edit on the right side.
3. Enter the new email address, and click on Save.
We also have a guide about How to Change Your Account Email Address that you can check out.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Hi Chantel,
We cannot use the email address info@rmiec.ca because it was associated with another Jotform account. You need to log in to your info@rmiec.ca account and then change the email to a different email that is not registered in Jotform. After that, we can now change the email address of the account from chantel@rmiec.ca to info@rmiec.ca.
I already reactivated the account info@rmiec.ca, so you can follow the steps that I provided in my previous reply. If you cannot log in to your account info@rmiec.ca, you can try to reset your account password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi,
I am having the same issue.
I cannot login to the old email that was associated with the account as that person was laid off and that email account no longer receives emails.
Can I verify changes to my account without access to that email address? I have linked my phone number, can I please have a code sent to my phone number instead of the email address that no longer exists?

Hi Chantel,
If you no longer have access to your old email address and cannot log in, the best way to recover your Jotform account is to visit our account recovery guide and fill out the form provided there. This will help you regain access even if you have changed your email address.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
