The International Phone Number widget is not working anymore. It is impossible to type in numeric characters. Already tested it in different browsers and guest mode (cache cleared).

Even on the demo form (not in my own account) this is not working anymore: https://www.jotform.com/233172428817055

    Hi Thunderwood,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form on Google Chrome and Safari and the International Telephone Picker widget is working, as you can see in the screencast below:

If you're still experiencing the same issue, I recommend you also try to, test the form on another device, or if possible, connect your device to another network. If the issue persists, confirm if your device is connected to a VPN or whether the form is embedded on a webpage. It'll also help if you share a screencast of the issue. You can use third-party platforms such as Loom to screen-record.

Let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi Christian,

Tested again at the office and the field is working fine again.
It has indeed something to do with my internet connection which I don't really understand.

Can you explain how this has something to do with the network one is on? I'm just a little concerned that other people filling in the form, could possibly experience the same issue.

    Greetings,
    Johan

    Hi Johan,

It is possible that due to poor internet connection affects the widget's function.
