Copy form field to another form

    Hello,

I recently merged 4 forms (ASRS, ESQ-R, AQ and CAT-Q) into one form (Neurodiversity profile) and I've noticed that the form calculation widgets are missing from the originals forms? Is there a way to copy this in without having to re-do them all again?

    Thanks,

    Emily

    Hi emwynter,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Field Manager integration to easily clone fields from one form to another in Jotform. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Login to your Jotform account and go to the Field Manager page.

    2. Click on Manage Fields and in the window that opens, click on Allow.

    3. Next, click on Open a Form to Begin, select the form whose fields you want to clone, and then click on Continue at the bottom-right of the window.

    4. Then, click on Open a Second Form to Clone Fields and select the target form where the fields will be cloned and click on Continue.

    5. Next, select the fields you want to clone from the first form, and click on the Blue Arrow to clone the fields to the second form.

Thanks for your help. I have merged and cloned the forms together, however the new merged version is missing the scoring formulations from the original form.

Is there a way to copy the form calculation widget over?

    Thanks

    Hi Emily,

Unfortunately, cloned Form Calculation widgets using the Field Manager do not carry over their added formulas from the first form to the second form, and you would need to rebuild them again from the start.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
