Track how people are flowing throughout the form

I also want to be able to track how people are flowing throughout the form. If there's certain drop-off questions, where a majority of people drop off, as well as people that leave the form, so we can be able to email them just to remind them to get back into the form. We use Google Analytics currently. We have Monster Insights sending data from our website. We do not have Google Tag Manager running. I don't know if there's an integration for Monster Insights that you have, but I just want to know the best way to be able to get that information so we can reach out to the people that either abandon their form or just the drop-off rate from each form question so we can make adjustments.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ben_Brewster,

Jotform offers built-in Form Analytics that provide insights into views, responses, conversion rates, average time spent, and more. Let me show you how you check it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Form Analytics.
    2. Under your form's name, click on This Month, All-time, or Custom to change the time filters.
    3. Click on Device, Platform, or Location to view more information about the form submitter.

For more advanced tracking, you can integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with your form. This requires embedding your form's source code into your website and setting up Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track form submissions and events. The setup involves creating a GA4 property and web data stream, configuring GTM with form variables and triggers, and adding tags for page views and form submission events.

Since you currently use Monster Insights without GTM, there is no direct integration with Jotform. To get detailed form analytics and track user flow effectively, setting up Google Tag Manager alongside GA4 is recommended.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
