Hi Jotform
I would like to request some technical assistance regarding the PDF delivery configuration to OneDrive within the patient registration system. At the moment, only one type of PDF document—either the Original PDF or the Submission Copy—can be automatically sent to the patient's folder, which is named according to the Patient Name.I would greatly appreciate it if an enhancement could be made to allow both documents—the Original PDF and the Submission Copy—to be automatically uploaded and stored together in the patient’s folder upon each registration.
This improvement will simplify referencing and documentation, while also increasing the efficiency of our document management process.
Thank you very much for your attention and continuous support

Hi MEDICAL_RECORDS_DEPARTMENT,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you'd like to include different PDF templates and the original PDF template in your OneDrive integration.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
