I am trying to use the Jotform AI Chatbot plugin. I click Lets Start. I login and I allow access. But then it just shows Lets Start again. I'm not able to see existing AI bots that I already created.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems like the AI Chatbot plugin is not progressing past the "Let's Start" screen after login and access approval. This could be related to how the AI Agents are managed or created.
To access your existing AI bots, please ensure you are navigating through the My Agents page where you manage all your AI Agents. From there, you can create or view your existing AI Agents.
If you want to create a new AI Agent from an existing form, you can do so from the My Forms page or directly from the Form Builder by selecting the form and choosing to create an AI Agent.
Let me know if you need detailed steps on how to access or create AI Agents.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the update. Since you're using the plugin on a WordPress page and it keeps showing the "Let's Start" button after authorization, this might be a plugin or integration issue specific to WordPress.
Please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Also, ensure your WordPress site and Jotform plugin are both updated to the latest versions.
If the issue persists, you might want to check if there are any conflicts with other WordPress plugins or themes.
Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Dave,
Since you've already tried the common troubleshooting steps without success, this issue might be related to the current beta status of the AI Chatbot plugin or a deeper integration problem with WordPress.
As a next step, please consider creating an AI Agent directly from your Jotform account's My Agents or My Forms page instead of through the WordPress plugin. This can help isolate the issue.
If you want, I can provide detailed instructions on creating AI Agents from your Jotform account.

Hi Dave,
To add your existing AI Agent chatbot to all your WordPress pages, you can embed it using the provided embed code or shortcode from your AI Agent Builder.
Here’s how to do it:
1. In your AI Agent Builder, go to the Publish tab and select Embed.
2. Choose your preferred embed style and copy the embed code or shortcode.
3. Paste the code into your WordPress pages or use the shortcode in your page editor to display the chatbot.
This will allow the AI Agent to appear on all pages where you add the code.

Can I put it in the header or body so I don't have to physically put it on each page?

Hi Dave,
You can add your AI Agent chatbot to your WordPress site's header or body by embedding the provided code there. This way, it will appear on all pages without needing to add it manually to each one.
To do this, get the embed code from the AI Agent Builder's Publish tab under Embed, then paste it into your WordPress theme's header or body section, depending on where you want the chatbot to appear.

If the chat bot should be at the bottom of the page, I am thinking that should go in the body, correct?

Hi Dave,
If you embed it using the chatbot embed code, it will display at the bottom-right corner of the page by default. If you're not using any page editor plugin, you can just add the embed code directly to the page classic editor, enclosed inside a <code></code> tag. Here's an example:
Now, as for the AI chatbot plugin, I tested with our WordPress site, and the plugin appears to work as expected. Can you share us a screenshot of what exactly happens after clicking on the Let's start button and Authorized the system to access your agents? It should normally show you the option to create an agent from scratch, or choose any of the AI agents you already have. Check this out:
I would suggest you also try deactivating the plugin, deleting it, then installing it again, and see if it'll help with the issue.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
