form elements task bar not showing "paragraph" element to drag to form

I have no "paragraph" option in my build-form elements- page-elements section of my left hand side bar per the attached. The help bot just told me to find it under page elements after I explained the problem. The form is set to "classic" settings. thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In the classic Form Builder, the Paragraph element should be available under the Add Form Element menu in the upper-left corner. To add a Paragraph element, you can follow these steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. In the Form Elements menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Paragraph element
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.

Sometimes, refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache can help if elements are not displaying correctly. I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again?
