Switching subscription to nonprofit or closing account and reopening

    Hi Jotform - I purchased a monthly subscription on my own because I wanted to be able to have time to test the product possibly beyond any trial period (not sure if one exists but whatever). I am now ready to purchase it for and through my non-profit, Foster Nation (IRS tax verification attached) and am wondering whether I can switch my existing account to a nonprofit account including switching the payment form, or whether I should close my account and just open up a separate one for Foster Nation (and I'm assuming I can export any assets already created and then re-import to a new account if need be.     Hi Jeanne,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and I see that it is already on the non-profit Silver plan monthly for $19.50. Which means you do not have to switch or close your account. Your next subscription renewal will be the Silver non-profit pricing.
