Hi :)
I am recieiving feedback from my customers that they are unable to save or submit this form. I took a look at it and it appears that save button only shows if you hover your mouse over it. I am unable to see why it cannot be submitted, when the customer tries to submit they get an error stating that the email is not valid, not too sure what this means.Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/242116140816043 -

Hi David_Gendreau,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
The issue with the save button only showing on hover might be related to form design or styling. Regarding the email error, it usually means the email field validation is not passing because the entered email is not in a valid format.
Let me help you with that:
- Check the Email Field: Make sure you have an Email field added to your form under the Basic elements.
- Enable Confirmation Text Box: Click on the Email field, open its properties, and enable the Confirmation Text Box to help users confirm their email address correctly.
- Validate Email Format: Ensure users enter a valid email format. If the emails do not match in the confirmation box, an error will appear.
This should resolve the email validation error and improve form submission. If the save button behavior persists, try clearing your form cache or checking for any custom CSS that might affect button visibility.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
