Hello,
I’m currently building an app using Jotform Apps and having trouble with the app icon placement. The icon is covering part of the screen, and I’m unable to either move it or scroll past it to access all items on the page.
Is there a way to either:
- Reposition or hide the icon, or
- Enable full scrolling so users can see all app elements beneath it?

Hi RamkeyHR,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When your Jotform App is accessed through a web browser, I noticed that the AI Agent icon blocks some of the buttons on the App. Take a look at the screenshot below:
By default, AI Agents appear on the right side of the screen, but you can move them to the left side to better align with your app's layout. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on AI Chatbot on the left side of the screen.
- Under AI Chatbot, go to Position and click the left button.
If you access the app using a mobile device, the AI agent will cover the entire App. You need to click the X button to minimize it to see the App again. Check out the screencast below:
