Hi Eran,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message likely means that the fields you are trying to map between the connection are not matched. Make sure that you have email fields in both your form and in Kit integration to properly connect it. Also, can you try reintegrating your form once again through Zapier? Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Search and select Kit integration.
4. Select your Zapier templates and click its Use this Zap button.
5. Select the Trigger event.
6. Set up your Account.
7. Click on Continue button.
8. Click on Continue button again.
9. You can now test it by clicking the Test Trigger button.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Your suggestions didn't work. Email is literally the only field in the kit form. Why does the Jotform say "Answers Email: No Data"

Hi Eran,
I understand you're seeing an error in your Kit integration that says the "Email" field is missing, even though email is the only field in your Kit form and Jotform shows "Answers Email: No Data."
Can you tell me more about how the email field is set up in your Jotform?
- What is the field type of your email field in Jotform?
- Is it set as a required field in Jotform?
- Could you provide a screenshot of the Jotform email field properties?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

It's the standard Jotform email field. Its set as required.

Hi Eran,
I cloned your form, and I couldn't replicate the same issue you have on the Kat Integration via Zapier. Check the screenshot of my test below:
You can try to test the integration again after clearing your browser cache or try it on a new browser. Also, make sure that you logged in to the correct Jotform account and selected the correct form, Vitals for Youth Ministry Online Assessment, in the configuration tab as below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
