I would like to transfer my account email to a new email. There seems to be a bug in your system and it is not allowing me. I have even created a brand new email, and it still will not work. I would for this problem to be solved.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can definitely help with that, it’s actually pretty easy. All you need to do is fill out the Recover Your Account form and provide the details for the email address you’d like to use. That’s all!
