Hello
I would like to know about Gateway Payment by using your platform for our participant register to attend event. I create registration form in your website already and for adding payment connection, can I add our bank account for participant to make payment ? Please let your team to contact me about this issue. Thanks for reaching out to us Jotform Support. Jotform does not support adding a bank account directly as a payment gateway. Instead, you can integrate your form with supported payment gateways such as PayPal Business, Worldpay UK, PayJunction, and others available in our Payments tab within the Form Builder. These gateways securely handle payments and allow your participants to pay online.
If you want to accept payments, you would need to set up one of these payment integrations on your registration form. Unfortunately, direct bank account payments are not supported through Jotform forms.
Collecting payments via Jotform is very easy, all you have to do is create a form and integrate it with one of the 40+ Payment Gateways that Jotform provides. Let me show you how to create a form and set up a Payment Integration:
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form, and then select Start From Scratch.
- Now, select the Classic Form layout, and your form will be created.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the top-left side of the page.
- Add the fields that you want to have on your form, and then click on the Payments tab.
- Click on a Payment Gateway, and then click on Connect in the menu on the right side of the screen.
- Once you connect your account in the window that opens, you'll be ready to collect payments through your form.
