I set up all the stuff as listed in your articles, then i went in circles with your bot and im getting NOWHERE - so frustrated, if I cant get help im done paying for this crap
The forms are not going back to the person who first submitted them when I approve it or deny it- I reviewed everything and as far as I can tell its set up right, but I need help because its obviously NOT working -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to delete the If/Else Condition Elements and map the outcome directly to the Email Elements. Let me show you how:
- In Workflow Builder, select the If/Else Condition Element/Element box and click on the Trash icon.
- Select the Email Elements and drag-drop them below the Approval Element.
- Link the Approval Elements to the Email Elements and select the Outcomes.
