Jotform Submission not forwarded to Workhub

    We are having issues where every form that is being filled out is not forwarding to Workhub. Employees are able to go to Workhub and open the form online and submit it but it will not get back to Workhub and we need these forms to show up like they are supposed to because we are not always able to log onto Jotform and manually save these forms and we should not have to be doing this.

    Hi Karla,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your Email Logs on our System, I was able to see that the emails are successfully sent. Check out this example here. Since the issue seems not related to Jotform, consider contacting Workhub to see if they are experiencing any issues. You can also verify the emails sent successfully through your mail log history. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    I know that the emails have been sent. The forms are not forwarded to Workhub tho. The emails that are being received are in my email and I am the only one with access to my email account. The forms are supposed to go to Workhub so that everyone that has submitted the form is able to access it, review it and print it off as needed. This is what is not being done. This is what I need the help with

    Hi Karla,

    As advised by my colleague, Vincenzo, the emails were sent successfully on our end, which is evident when your account's Email Logs were checked. This means the emails were delivered properly, and should be received by the intended recipient as expected.

    That is why we suggested contacting Workhub for this to see if they're having issues, since everything is working on our end. This is to make sure that all bases are covered, and that if there's anything they may need to do on their end to fix them.
