Draw on Image Widget to map in the Original PDF

I've created a digital form for patients to fill out and it corresponds to a printable PDF. I wanted to add the Draw Image Widget but I don't know if it's possible to get it to print with the PDF.Is there away to connect the Draw Image Widget to the PDF?

Unfortunately, Draw on Image Widget can't be mapped to the original PDF at the moment upon testing. I'll escalate this as a feature request for now for future implementation.
