The main heading and sub heading aren't available in email content

Hi, I am not able to see the main heading and the subheading in the filled form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Headings aren't automatically added into your email content. You'll need to manually add it into your email content by customizing your email. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange navigation bar.
2. Click on Emails on the left sidebar.
3. Hover your mouse on Notification setting, then click on pencil icon.
4. Edit the email content as you preferred.
5. Then, click on Save button.
