How to prefill form from an excel file aside from the widget?

Have existing data in an Excel sheet, it has phone numbers and other data. If the form filler's phone number exists, it should populate all the fields with his data and allow him to edit them if he needs.
if not present, then allow him to fill in the data.

Trying to use a spreadsheet to form, it does not allow users whose phone number ( access code) is not present in the table

Any other way round to achieve this ?

    Hi Vinod,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Aside from the Spreadsheet to Form widget, you can import your Excel file into Jotform Table and use it to prefill your form using the Table Prefill feature. Here's how you can find this option in the Form Builder:

    1. Go to the Publish tab in the Form Builder.
    2. Click Prefill on the left.
    3. Choose the Tables Prefill option.

    Hi Vinod,

Unfortunately, that's the only way to prefill the form from an excel file. You can check this guide on Jotform's Prefill Options.
