How can I create form ?

I need a survey form but I dont know how to create one ?

To create a survey form, go to your My Workspace page and click on Create. Choose Form, then Start From Scratch. Select either Classic Form or Card Form layout. You will be taken to the Form Builder where you can add survey elements like Input Table, Star Rating, and Scale Rating by dragging them from the Add Element menu. Customize each question as needed.

You can also organize your survey using Dividers, Section Collapse, and Page Breaks for better clarity. To customize the design, use the Form Designer to change colors, fonts, and layout.

Once done, publish your survey by clicking Publish and share the link with your audience.
