thx for the quick answers. 1 more today: when i create a downloadable, savable pdf jotform when multiple recipients fill it out, will it save all of their partial and complete responses or is it a one off..meaning only 1 respondents partial answers will be saved? plz respond asap.

Hi Max,

If you’ve enabled the “Save and Continue Later” feature on your form, each person who fills it out can save their own progress individually — it’s not limited to just one respondent.

Here’s how it works:

• When a user clicks “Save,” they’ll be prompted to enter their email and receive a unique link to return to their own saved session.
• Each session is tied to that specific person’s email and won’t overwrite anyone else’s data.
• You’ll be able to receive complete submissions once they submit the form — and if you're generating PDFs, each submission will have its own downloadable file.
