I spent hours connecting my forms to Zoho. Tonight I received my first form since the connection and it did not work. I am pretty disappointed can you please tell me why?

Hi,
I’m really sorry to hear that your Zoho integration didn’t work as expected — I totally understand how frustrating that must be after all your effort setting it up.
Here are a few things that might help:
- Make sure each form question is still connected to the correct Zoho field. For example, your Name question should still be linked to the Name field in Zoho, and so on. If any questions were changed or deleted after setting up the integration, the connection might need to be fixed.
- Check that the Zoho integration still shows as connected under Settings > Integrations
- If your form includes file uploads or custom fields, those sometimes need extra setup to work smoothly
If everything looks right and it’s still not working, feel free to reply with the form link and which info didn’t come through — someone from the team can help look into it further.

sitters_sitters647Replied on May 28, 2025 at 7:40 AMThank you for the info. I looked a the form and figured out how to find the error message on the connection and I fixed the issue. Did a test and its seems to work fine now. Thank you
