reset my storage account

I am unable to reset my storage amount. There are no files that I can find. Should be using 0% of the space. Thanks

thank you for reaching out here are a few steps to reset your upload storage:

Empty the Trash Folder:

• Go to your My Forms page.
• Click on Trash (left sidebar).
• Select any forms inside and click Permanently Delete.

1. Clear Submission Uploads (if not already):

• For each form, go to Tables.
• Delete any entries that include uploaded files.
• Then empty the form’s Trash Entries tab.

If everything is deleted and it still shows usage, let us know.
