I am trying to transfer a form to another Jotform account but the system is not recognizing the email of the account I'm trying to transfer it to. I've confirmed with that user that the email is correct. Please see screenshot below and advise. Thanks.

Hello Steve,
This may not be correct, but try entering in the email without any capital letters and see if that works.
