Shared with Me folder with subaccounts

Hi,

I have subaccounts and we share forms with each other. Previously, they would see a folder with my name on it and drag and drop the forms there so that I have access to them. Is that not available anymore? Is the only way for us to share forms with each other is by transferring (link of Jotform guide attached)?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Previously, subaccounts could see a folder with your name in their Shared With Me section to drag and drop forms for you to access. Due to the recent update, for transferring form ownership, the only way is to use the Transfer Forms feature from your account's Data page. This process requires the recipient to accept the transfer request, and it is the official method to share forms between accounts.
