    My name is Laurence, and I am currently working with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). I am supporting a building inspection company that is embarking on a digital transformation project to modernize its service delivery processes.

    The company aims to enhance productivity, profitability, and employee well-being by overhauling its current operational tools and workflows. At present, the organization relies on outdated systems such as Microsoft Access, Word, and RAPPA, with little to no automation in place. This results in extended turnaround times for service delivery.

    The goal of this initiative is to completely digitize the business processes—from the initial assignment intake to the final delivery of inspection and expert reports to clients.
