Hi Billy,
With Jotform Sign, which is an automated solution for collecting electronic signatures, can allow you to create signable documents, automate workflows with features like Signing Order, and streamline the signature collection process compared to traditional wet signatures. You can create signable documents by uploading your files or using templates, add signature fields, assign signers, and share documents via email, shareable links, or embedding on websites. It can also help you track the signing progress and view audit trails to see who signed and when.
Unfortunately, redirecting users using a Sign Document form is not possible. A workaround you can do is to create a regular form, attach a signature element onto it, and have it set to be redirected to your desired web page. By default, Jotform Sign Automation will be enabled, which is the one you need for the process to be achieved. First, let's add a Signature field to your form. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, look for Signature, and then drag and drop it anywhere in your form.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on top of the field, click on Settings.
2. In the Menu on the left, go to Jotform Sign.
3. By default, Jotform Sign Automation should be turned On, upon adding a Signature field. Just make sure that Send Audit Trail is also turned On.
Now that we've added a Signature field in the form, we can now set it to redirect to a web page after submitting it. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left, go to Thank You Page.
3. Click on Redirect to an external link after submission, and enter the web page address in the Enter URL field. Clicking away will save the change automatically.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
