Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is the issue happening from your Chocolate Chip Champ Orders form? Is it because your Impossible Cookie is sold out already? Check out my screenshot below:
If you don't want to enable the stock of the products, you need to disable it. Let me show you how to do this:- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Payment field.
- From the Products tab, click on the Pencil icon of the product that's been sold out.
- From the Stock tab, toggle Enable Stock Control.
- Click on Save at the bottom of the page.
If this is not the issue, can you explain more about it?
