Monthly Submission Limit Reached

    Hi There,

    Please may you help asap, when we are sharing the blow link with the new starters to complete, they are receiving this message- ' forms over quota’ 

    But no forms are in my inbox, so I should receive them as normal. please advise as soon as possible please, this is very urgent.

    Hi nataliazajac855,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and noticed that you have already exceeded your monthly submissions limit as you reached 140/100 submissions. Keep in mind that once you've reached the Monthly Submission limit, your forms will be disabled. The form users will see an error when they try to access your form. You will only continue to receive submissions once you upgrade your account or once the limit is reset in the scheduled date which is on June 2, 2025. 

    You can view your current usage and limits, and the reset date by selecting your avatar in the upper-right corner of the page. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page
    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and under the Monthly Usage section, you’ll also see your limit reset date.
