How to Recover a Deleted AI agent?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to recover deleted API keys. I suggest creating a new API key instead. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Account

2. Navigate to API Section

3. Create a new API Key

About your second screenshot, where it seems you're unable to select your WhatsApp account, I suggest reintegrating your WhatsApp connection.

it looks like this and created a new api still doesnt work

Based on the screenshot, I assume you are referring to a deleted AI agent. Is that correct? You can actually retrieve a deleted AI agent. Let me show you how:

1. In My Workspace, select My Agents on the dropdown field on the top left portion.
2. Then, scroll down to Trash option.
3. Select the deleted AI agent and click on Restore to retrieve it.

Note that the deleted AI agents for more than 30 days can no longer be restored anymore. You need to create a new one if this happens.
