Hi Henuka,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to recover deleted API keys. I suggest creating a new API key instead. Let me show you how:
1. Go to My Account
2. Navigate to API Section
3. Create a new API Key
About your second screenshot, where it seems you're unable to select your WhatsApp account, I suggest reintegrating your WhatsApp connection.

it looks like this and created a new api still doesnt work

Hi Henuka,
Based on the screenshot, I assume you are referring to a deleted AI agent. Is that correct? You can actually retrieve a deleted AI agent. Let me show you how:
- In My Workspace, select My Agents on the dropdown field on the top left portion.
- Then, scroll down to Trash option.
- Select the deleted AI agent and click on Restore to retrieve it.
