Hello,
I have deleted all except 50 submissions. Please update my total submissions (we'd like to prevent people from having issues completing our form).

Please note:
- Monthly submission limits reset automatically on the 1st of each month.
- Deleting submissions helps free up your total submission storage, but the monthly submission limit remains based on new submissions each month.

Thank you for updating our Total Submissions! Also for sharing the information about total and monthly submissions.
To clarify, are monthly submissions based on calendar month? Or does it vary for each account (if so, what day each month does it reset)?
Also, what happens if we go over the 100 submission limit each month? In the past I think I've seen the oldest submissions get deleted as new ones come in. Is that still the case?

Hi wayoflife,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The total submission count doesn't reset monthly. It's the maximum number of entries you can store on your account. If you reach this limit, the oldest submissions will be deleted automatically, as you can only store up to 500 entries for your Starter plan.
The monthly submission limit is the one that resets every month. If you reach the monthly submission limit, your forms will be disabled and will show an overquota message. The monthly submission counter resets every 1st of the month.
