Hello there,
I would like to retrieve all historic submissions for this account. Is there a way to get that?

Hi taogroupsingapore,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you downgraded to a Starter plan, your account limits adjusted accordingly. At this level, your submission storage only includes the most recent 500 submissions. If you'd like to view and download older submissions, you'll need to upgrade to at least a Bronze Monthly plan so we can help restore them for you. You can then download the submissions or export all your data as you need.
After that, you're welcome to downgrade back to the Starter plan and request a refund within 30 days of the upgrade. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
