AI Agent Conversation: Include the PDF Transcript in the email

I see my agents are working great and I get notified a few moments later via email with the first 2 sentences of a conversation and a button to login into your site where I can download a PDF copy of the whole conversation.

Is there a way to get a copy of the full conversation via email or maybe using an API or something else ? So i don't have to go manually every time to get my PDF copy ? Any ideas or alternatives you can suggest ? Maybe using make.com or something like that ?

As far as I know, you may have to go in manually each time to download a PDF of the conversation. I'm not sure if it can be emailed to you. I'm sure a support agent will be able to provide better information. Have a great week!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform does not provide an automated way to email the full PDF copy of conversations directly via API or email notifications. As for alternatives, while integrations like make.com can automate many workflows, there is no direct integration or method currently available to automatically retrieve and send PDF copies of conversations.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
