Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your request to extend a portion of your subscription due to not being able to use the platform since you initially signed in, currently, Jotform does not offer the option to extend subscription time for periods of inactivity.
Jotform subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until you cancel them. If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your plan, any unused time on your previous plan will be applied as a balance or prorated accordingly.
If you cancel your account within 30 days of payment, you may request a refund as per our refund policy. Refunds beyond that period are at Jotform's sole discretion.
