Is it possible to email a form to a list of people, but which submission comes from which email?

As for sending the form to a list of people, it is possible to do that. You can upload a CSV file and send the form to these emails. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar.
2. Then, in Quick Share, click on Arrow Up icon and select Upload CSV File.
3. Upload the file, customize the content, before click on Send Invitation.
