I want to someone to walk me through Jotform's capabilities when it comes to including PopUps in a form. I want to see if Jotform can help me recreate a form I already have.

Hi Dannica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your question about including PopUps in a form, currently, Jotform Apps doesn't support true modal popups, like a window that appears on click inside the form, or custom popups directly within forms. But, Jotform offers a wide range of widgets and features that can enhance your forms, such as conditional logic to show or hide fields based on user input, which might help you recreate the functionality you're looking for.
If you want to inform your users or create interactive elements, you can explore using form widgets like headings, images, or rich content to simulate popup-like effects or messages. Additionally, you can use conditions to display messages or sections dynamically based on responses.
If you have a specific form you want to recreate, feel free to share more details. You can also check out our guide about How to Add a Modal Popup to Your Form and How to Create a Pop-up Form with Jotform for more information.
If you’re referring to pop-up forms on your website, such as a form appearing in a lightbox or via a feedback button when clicked, Jotform fully supports that through its embed options. Let me show you where to find the Popup Embed code:
- In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
- Now, in the panel on the left, click on Embed.
- Finally, select Popup, and then click on Copy Code.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
