Unable to access form: Form Over Quota

    i get the message that this form has exceeded its allocated quota. but i did not use it for months.
    it used to reset every month. is that not longer the case?

    Hi daanm,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked our system, I saw that your account is under the usage limit of your chosen subscription plan. So, I cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms, and when I tried accessing one of your forms again, it is now working as expected. Check out this screenshot below:
