Form Fields>Long text: Character count not showing

Hello.

Character counter in not displayed in long text fields of my form. I didn't set any character limits, and I have already tryed possible errors like clearing the cache, cleasing any css codings, tring different browsers, ....

Hi Ana,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You will have to set up the entry limits for the Long text fields, only then it will show the character count. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, select any of the Long text field, and click on the Gear icon.

2. In the right panel, go to the Options tab.

3. Then, enable the Entry Limits, and set up the Minimum, Maximum, and Limit Type.
