Show conditional logic is not working as expected

There's some errors whereby fields on my form are hidden, but are showing on the form... when they shouldn't be.

See section 10.
One (I think it was 1.4 or 1.7 - I put conditions in to hide if empty and hide if not empty, just to get it hidden.

Why do the hidden fields not hide? What's missing in the logic?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your issue with fields in Section 10 of your form being hidden but still showing, this usually happens due to the logic in the conditions not being set correctly or conflicting.

I cloned and checked your form and see that the Equipment Inspections field on section 10 is showing. When I checked your conditions, there are no conditions that hides the Equipment Inspections field.

Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? For example, how do you like your field to show? What options, when selected, on which field should it only show? And which options on which fields should it not show?

So each option in the equipment inspections tick box, should then show one or more of the hidden fields below.
Ie, if the first option (Dp/np boats shall be avail..) is ticked then

If that first option is chosen then this field should show
based on this condition?

I checked and tested your form and your conditions were working. Check out the screencast below for my result:

I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again using a different browser and see how it goes? Note that the checkboxes I tested above are only the options that has conditions associated with them.
