What's the point in having a my back email if Jotform isn't using it?????????

The backup email is not used for verification codes because for security, verification codes are sent only to the primary email on file. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
If you can't access your primary email, please follow the account recovery process described in our guide to regain access or update your email securely.
